Community Outreach

Even Automation is committed to giving back to our community through participation in the Indiana UpSkill Program. This program focuses on creating a pipeline of skilled employees coming out of high school by providing hands-on training and education. The UpSkill program is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge they need to pursue a career in a number of rapidly growing industries. Even Automation partners with local high schools and vocational schools to offer classes, workshops, and internships, giving students the opportunity to gain real-world experience while still in school. The program also provides mentorship and guidance to help students navigate the transition from high school to the workforce.
